Today

  • Employee #1 at BreatheEV, building the most seamless EV charging experience ever.
  • AI strategy at SAP Signavio. Focused on process intelligence and how agentic AI can identify operational inefficiencies at scale.
  • Supporting small businesses across the valley through the Arizona Microcredit Initiative.
  • Studying economics, global health, and artificial intelligence at Arizona State. I also captain a very passionate intramural soccer team.

Yesterday

  • Sold a lot of stuff online as employee #1 at SCORE NN'. E-commerce is tough, but meaningful. My first real foray into startups and the Arizona tech ecosystem.
  • Learned a bunch at a neurorobotics lab. Explored going to medical school for a significant amount of time, decided against it.
  • Coordinated many blood drives and raised a lot of money in high school. Discovered that mobilizing people around shared goals is harder and more important than most academic work (and also discovered that I enjoyed it more).
  • Figured out how to travel extensively for free through various conferences and competitions.

Tomorrow

  • Writing, reading, and thinking as much as I can. The topics below are some that currently pique my interest.
  • Understand how venture capital works. Specifically, the mechanics of how money flows to innovation and why most of it flows to the same places.
  • Sustainable development as an economic and engineering problem, not just an environmental one. Climate is a coordination challenge.
  • We're raising the first generation whose brains will be shaped by algorithmic content feeds. Especially interested in how early childhood education could solve the attention deficit epidemic.
  • Asteroid mining as the eventual solution to resource constraints. We're destroying the planet to extract metals that exist in essentially infinite quantities in space. Interested in when and how this becomes viable.
  • Continuing to travel, ideally still finding ways to do it for free. Understanding different cultures, economic systems, and ways of organizing society.
